Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting business development initiatives. Additionally, the Account Manager will monitor account performance, create reports, identify opportunities to upsell or optimize services, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building and client management.
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies, identify opportunities, and drive client growth and satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis for performance reporting.
- Background in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when required.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is considered a plus.
