Qualifications
- Law degree from a reputable institution
- At least 4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer with a reputable law firm
- Knowledge of corporate law and procedures, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and joint ventures
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player
- Fluency in Arabic and English
