Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications to support business operations and process automation.
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL code, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for various business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle databases and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Support database migration, upgrades, and patching activities as required.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and user manuals for developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Oracle applications and resolve user-reported issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Developer or in a similar database development role.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with Oracle database design, development, and administration.
- Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data migration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with version control systems and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
