About the Role

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or solutions.

Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating the value of our offerings.

Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.

Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or any customer-facing role.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
