Graduate Development Program;
The
Graduate Development Program " Beam" is tailored for Fresh Graduates up
to 2 years of experience. The program offers various trainings,
mentorships, coaching & job rotations. Program Duration starts from 3
months up to 6 based on relevant work experience. 2019, 2020, 2021
Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities:
•• Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per the approved vendor list.
•
Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone
to determine the scope, prices, discounts, terms to ensure that target
prices, the companys terms, and conditions are met.
• Review the
received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis
and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are
cleared.
• Prepare purchase orders complying with received PRs and in accordance with selected suppliers, price, and technical approval.
• Follow up with the Material Control Department for material receiving and MRV.
• Coordinate with project management, finance, and cost control to ensure the efficiency of the procurement process.
• Communicate/coordinate with the Project Management, Engineering,
logistic, and Construction teams for product directions, availability,
lead times, and cost roadmaps for key materials.
• Prepare and update weekly tracking report for conducted work
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience
- 2020,2021,2022 Graduates only are welcomed to apply
- Excellent command of Microsoft programs
- Excellent command of English Language
