Increase the percentage of activation of the digital channels services.
Cooperate with CRM & Digital Analytics office to set plans to increase the usage of the digital channels services.
Prepare the Digital campaigns in cooperation with the different. departments to increase the usage of the digital channels services.
Create new acquisition and activation plans to bring new customers.
Monitor the performance of digital the channels to identify the areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Create programs to enhance customer experience and awareness.
Understand the market needs, evaluates the recommendations of the new services.
