Responsibilties


Manage day-to-day localization of products across all supported languages, from project creation, tracking, and resolving vendor queries to delivery of localized content, and execution of LQAs.
Interface vendor PMs for day-to-day project duties and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Support Localization Program Managers in launches and LQAs
Work with Localization Program Managers to ensure Localization schedules remain on track.
Identify and manage project risks and communicate project status including metrics.
Frequent sync-up with Localization Program Manager for daily/weekly tasks.
Work on miscellaneous team projects & initiatives as needed by Localization project Managers & leads.




Qualifications


Bachelors degree .
From 2 to 4 years of experience in Smiliar role.
Experience using CAT tools as an LPC to manage localization pipeline & workflows (e.g. Memsource, Idiom WorldServer, and Trados)
Experience using bug routing and ticket management tools such as JIRA and Phabricator
Fluent English.
