Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on quality performance, trends, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure

- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the development and review of documentation related to quality management systems.
