Role Description:
The Appointment Setter is responsible for handling and qualifying incoming leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth scheduling of client meetings. This role plays a key part in maximizing lead conversion by maintaining organized communication, accurate data entry, and efficient appointment confirmation.
Job Description:
- Receive, organize, and track all incoming leads while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM data entry.
- Screen and
- filter leads based on company criteria to identify high-potential prospects.
- Maintain communication with potential clients to confirm appointments and minimize no-shows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up workflows, and conversion efficiency.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues, lead sources, and areas of improvement in the lead management process.
Job Requirements:
- Any bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, tele sales, customer service, or lead management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced environments.
