Job Description: Business Development Specialist (KSA Tenders)
Sector: Digital Marketing Location: Egypt Role Overview: The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and winning digital marketing projects through the Saudi government portal (Etimad). The role involves managing the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity scouting to the submission of high-quality technical and financial proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
+Tender Scouting: Monitor the Etimad platform daily to identify relevant tenders in digital marketing, social media management, and creative services.
+Proposal Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive Technical Proposals, including marketing strategies, campaign plans, and company portfolios tailored to KSA government standards.
+Financial Estimation: Prepare competitive Financial Bids, including cost analysis, pricing schedules, and budget allocations for digital projects.
+Compliance: Ensure all submissions strictly adhere to the Saudi Government Procurement Law and the specific requirements of each RFP (Request for Proposal).
+Market Analysis: Research KSA market trends and competitor activity to improve the company’s winning ratio.
Requirements:
-Experience: 3+ years in Business Development or Bidding, with proven experience using the Etimad Platform.
-Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media).
-Skills: Exceptional professional writing skills in both Arabic and English.
