ACTIVE Integration, a leading company in light current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.), is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Senior Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

*The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will
use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities within target sectors
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with
- technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- + 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ELV/light current systems
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license is a plus
