Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Quality Control department.
  • Establish and implement quality standards across furniture and metal production lines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and
  • international quality standards.
  • Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product quality.
  • Train and guide QC engineers and inspectors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Production Engineering.
  • Proven experience (10–15 years) in furniture and metal manufacturing quality.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, wood production, surface finishing, and assembly.
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
