ODA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead on-ground execution across finishing, interior design, and furnishing projects. The role is responsible for site operations, supplier performance, logistics, and delivery of ODA’s standards, ensuring consistent quality, cost control, and on-time delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead site operations across multiple ODA projects and developments.
• Ensure execution of ODA finishing and furnishing packages in line with approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Design, QC, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers, including lead times and performance.
• Oversee logistics, material flow, furniture delivery, and installation sequencing.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and budgets, taking corrective action when required.
• Enforce ODA quality standards, safety requirements, and site procedures.
• Support operational scalability by standardizing processes and adopting ODA’s digital tools.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations or project management within finishing, fit-out, or furnishing.
• Strong experience managing multiple sites, suppliers, and delivery-driven projects.
• Proven ability to execute at scale.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid supplier negotiation and cost control capabilities.
• High attention to quality, detail, and timelines.
• Comfortable working with operational systems and property technology platforms.
