Job Description
Delta Pack is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The Factory Manager will play a key leadership role in managing production teams and aligning factory performance with company targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all factory operations (production, maintenance, quality, and safety)
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Ensure optimal use of machines, manpower, and raw materials
- Implement and track KPIs for productivity, efficiency, waste, and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns
- Enforce safety regulations and factory discipline
- Improve processes to reduce costs and increase output quality
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate supervisors and production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in plastic packaging or woven polypropylene (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Experience working with KPIs and production reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
