Position Title: Food safety Officer

Position Summary
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Officer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all F&B outlets in the club. The role includes conducting internal audits on F&B operations, pest control, housekeeping, and landscape, as well as overseeing hygiene and safety in swimming pools. The F&B Officer also manages daily receiving of food supplies, investigates food safety complaints, trains staff, and participates in supplier audits when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular audits on all F&B outlets to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Perform audits on pest control service providers to verify the effectiveness of programs.
• Conduct audits on housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Carry out audits on landscape areas to maintain hygiene and safety across club grounds.
• Perform daily checks on swimming pools for hygiene, water safety, and compliance with health standards.
• Manage the daily receiving process for food items and verify compliance with food safety requirements.
• Investigate food safety-related complaints and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Provide training sessions for staff on food safety, personal hygiene, and risk management.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on audits, inspections, and corrective measures.
• Assist in conducting supplier audits when required.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Food Science) or Veterinary Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality (clubs, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, etc.) or in external audit/food safety inspection.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Good auditing and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and staff training abilities.
• Ability to investigate complaints and implement solutions.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Male candidates preferred.
