Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, fostering client relationships, and providing outstanding service to new and existing customers. The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growth and ensure successful implementation to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
• Very fluent English level (C1)
• Experience in BPO, call center, telesales, or telemarketing is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in lead generation and proficiency in executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in market research to assess industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Solid customer service skills to build trust, address client needs, and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the BPO industry or business development is considered an advantage.
