We are looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join our team and support an exciting UNIDO project in collaboration with Up-Fuse and key partners. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Serve as the main point of contact between Up-Fuse, UNIDO, and partners
- Track budgets, reporting requirements, and maintain accurate documentation
- Support workshops, training sessions, and engage directly with beneficiaries
- Collect data, photos, and impact stories for reporting and storytelling
- Ensure full compliance with UNIDO standards and deadlines
- Prepare progress and final reports for donors and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to on-time delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Positive attitude and responsiveness to partners and beneficiaries
