Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a self-employed professional based in Cairo, with the flexibility to work remotely some of the time. The role involves providing exceptional client services, developing and maintaining client relationships, offering tailored financial protection and investment products, and identifying clients' needs to suggest appropriate solutions. You will collaborate with teams and intermediaries to help clients achieve their financial goals while benefiting from the resources and support provided by a globally recognized brand.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Skills in Financial Planning, Investment Advising, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
- Motivated and disciplined approach to working in a self-employed and hybrid environment
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market needs and think strategically
