The Role

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Lead development projects stemming from institutional analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Governance: Develop essential project documentation, including Project Charters, Timelines, Budgets, and Risk Registers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronize efforts across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality departments.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor milestones closely and implement practical solutions for risk management

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading strategic and operational projects (F&B experience is a plus).

- Expertise in reporting project status to senior management and aligning tasks with corporate strategy.
