Job Description

  • ● Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for printing and packaging operations.
  • ● Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • ● Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address process deviations or product defects.
  • ● Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • ● Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and corrective action logs.
  • ● Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • ● Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address customer complaints and internal non-conformities.
  • ● Monitor and verify the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
  • ● Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • ● Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all quality assurance activities.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
● 5-7 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
● Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
● Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
● Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
● Proficiency in using inspection and measurement tools relevant to printing and packaging.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
