Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, conduct technical presentations, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves both technical and sales skills to effectively meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Engineering and Sales with a proven
- ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and a solid understanding of industrial and commercial products.
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with industrial products such as metals, woods, or fire safety solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
