Job Description

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure positive dining experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to optimize staffing
  • and control expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
