We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will support project managers and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track software development projects across cross-functional teams.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed
Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, IT, or a related field.
