About noon

Noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, Noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. Noon’s mission: every door, every day.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.

Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, working directly with Talent Partners.

Build market

maps and identify potential talent both passive and active.

Build and manage projects on LinkedIn for Talent Partners.

Manage end to end internships and junior level recruitment.

Support on any special projects as required within the People team.

Be an ambassador of the noon brand both internally and externally and uphold and demonstrate noon corporate values

Screen candidates via resume review and phone interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to create appealing, accurate job descriptions and post them online.

Manage talent database, including contact information and skill lists of applicants and potential future applicant

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field

From 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (Freshers are welcomed to apply

)

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks

Effective communication and organizational skills

Highly-engaged team member

End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
