Key Requirements:

Fluent French Speaker (mandatory)
Previous experience in a Call Center environment (mandatory)
Recruitment experience is a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle mass hiring

What You’ll Do:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source and attract qualified candidates
Conduct screening interviews in French
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Achieve hiring targets and KPIs
