At Qoyod, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent across both technical and non-technical roles. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer stage.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in
- the ATS and internal systems.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
