Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located at our project in North Coast A, BC. As a Quality Control Manager, you will monitor and evaluate construction processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Your duties will include conducting inspections, implementing quality assurance processes, preparing reports, and collaborating with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues. You will also provide guidance to the construction team to maintain compliance with company, local, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of quality control processes, quality assurance standards, and building codes Proficiency in conducting inspections, documenting results, and preparing detailed quality reports Strong leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address quality-related issues on-site Familiarity with construction project management tools and methodologies Experience in delivering high-quality results across residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, or industrial projects Relevant certification in Quality Control or Construction is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
