The PRO Mandoob position in Kuwait is a pivotal role within the catering, food service, and restaurant industry. Responsibilities:
Manage and process all government-related paperwork, including visas, work permits, and trade licenses.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with
any changes.
Act as a liaison between the company and government departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by handling necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with government agencies.
Provide guidance and support to management regarding legal and regulatory matters.
Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and audits as required.
Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials to enhance the company's standing.
Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
Handle any issues or disputes that arise with government entities effectively.
