Job summary
Main Responsibilities: Initiates contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. Proactively research and identify potential clients in target markets. Utilize diverse tools and databases to source leads and track outreach activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and solutions. Effectively communicates the value proposition of BCT products and services to potential clients through various communication channels and tailored engaging presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling product and service demonstrations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead progress in relevant systems and documentation.
- Ensures all necessary documentation is completed and submitted accurately in coordination with legal and finance teams for contract finalization.
- Act as a point of contact for pre and post-sale support and issue resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional BCT products and services as opportunities arise.
- Support account enablement managers in handling key accounts and client communication.
