Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with Saudi/GCC companies that hire manpower (construction, contracting, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.).
• Generate new business leads, build relationships, and secure recruitment contracts.
• Act as the bridge between client requirements and our recruitment team in India.
• Achieve business targets through strong networking and relationship management.
• Provide regular updates on leads, negotiations, and conversions.

Skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in recruitment or manpower supply.
• Strong network of contacts in Saudi/GCC companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic/English preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-driven; able to work independently.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or with strong connections in the Saudi market.
