We are looking for a knowledgeable and creative Nutritionist to join our restaurant team and help craft a menu that balances flavor with nutritional value. The ideal candidate will work closely with chefs and management to develop healthy, appealing dishes, ensure compliance with dietary standards, and provide guidance on ingredient sourcing and portion control.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with chefs to design and refine nutritionally balanced menu items
- Analyze recipes for calorie count, macronutrient breakdown, and allergen content
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and dietary labeling standards
- Advise on ingredient substitutions to accommodate dietary restrictions
- Provide dedicated assistance to meal plans customers and collaboration with the coaches and influencers
- Stay updated on food trends and emerging dietary preferences
- Provide input on sourcing high-quality, nutrient-rich ingredients
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or culinary nutrition
- Strong understanding of food safety and dietary compliance
- Ability to translate nutritional science into practical, tasty menu items
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Culinary training or experience working directly with chefs
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service
- Experience with menu labeling and nutritional analysis software
- Passion for promoting healthy eating in a hospitality environment
