We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations, boost productivity, and ensure top-quality standards in our high-tech textile/garment plant in Egypt
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Plan: Define factory strategies (roadmaps, KPIs) and oversee daily production operations.
- Drive Efficiency: Develop schedules, optimize processes, and implement Lean principles for maximum output.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain robust QC processes, solve non-conformance issues, and promote continuous improvement.
- Stay Compliant: Lead safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for audits.
- Manage Resources: Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and preventive schedules to avoid downtime.
- Inspire Teams: Mentor high-performing staff, set goals, and foster cross-department collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role within textile/garment manufacturing.
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling production operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Arabic
