What will you do:
- Lead and manage all ARP resources.
- Manage external resources hiring and termination.
- Manage time reporting and approvals (miscellaneous invoices, timesheets, expenses, etc.), with full adherence to related company policies.
- Secure that all expenses are legitimate, justified and documented.
- Follow existing guidance on approval of transactions and approval of exceptions/deviations.
- Manage employee cost, external spend, and other costs.
- Perform regular audits on TR (NNA, JS, Activity Type
- , etc.) to ensure correct and complete time reporting for all ARPs.
- SPOC with suppliers for all ARP matters.
- Run administrative tasks on work force management system related to work orders, extensions, Invoices and expenses.
What will you bring:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or any equivalent engineering degree.
- Min years of experience: 5 Years.
