You’ll need:
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience (preferably in a marketing/advertising agency)
✔️ Tech sector exposure is a plus
✔️ Skills in budgeting, media planning, CRM tools, and client presentations
✔️ Fluent English – must-have!
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical, creative, and marketing teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience (preferably in the tech sector).
- Proven record of managing enterprise or mid-sized clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- SkillsExcellent communication (verbal & written) in English.
