Monglish International Academy is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both sales and marketing growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with proven experience in revenue generation, market expansion, and coaching teams to achieve outstanding performance.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop business development, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- • Coach, support, and improve the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are exceeded and Coach teams in consultative and value-based selling, objection handling, conversion optimization, and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide sales and marketing strategies.
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Min 5 years of proven success in business development, sales, or marketing leadership and training
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching teams and improving sales/marketing performance.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing/sales reporting tools.
• Fluent in English
