Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will also focus on developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience as a TA lead for 1 year
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience with Interviewing and Hiring
• Skills in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in remote and distributed team environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fie
