Program Overview
We’re excited to invite candidates to Batch 4 of our Lead Manager Training Program - a structured, hands-on development experience designed to help experienced cold callers evolve into effective lead managers and future team leaders in the real estate virtual assistant space.

Requirements
✅ Previous cold calling experience (real estate industry)
✅ English proficiency: B2–C1 level (spoken and written)
✅ Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
✅ Availability to commit fully to the 3-week program (non-completion results in forfeiture of training pay)
✅ Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
