Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities
Spearhead and scale Alpha's market presence in new locations by orchestrating remote, partner-driven initiatives that generate high-quality leads and create authentic community buzz.
Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of 3+ years building and nurturing community partnerships or leading grassroots initiatives
- Demonstrated success in independently managing full-cycle relationship pipelines from initial contact to conversion
- Verified ability to engage and influence high-caliber stakeholders and affluent family demographics
- Strong command of CRM platforms like HubSpot and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to optimize operations
- Flexibility to accommodate partner schedules, including occasional evening and weekend commitments
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada without visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
