Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and controlling project scopes to meet set objectives.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage construction teams
- Proficient in Budgeting for project management
- Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
- Experience in Construction and Project Control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
