We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to join our team in City Center Almaza

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations

Lead and coach sales team to achieve targets

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Handle customer issues and maintain high service standards

Prepare performance reports and support store growth initiatives

Prepare and follow up on store checklists to ensure operational readiness.

Develop and implement action plans to improve sales and store performance

Requirements:

Minimum of 5years’ experience in classic fashion retail in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities

Flexibility with shift schedules

Commercial awareness and attention to detail
