We are a medium-sized studio specializing in the design and manufacture of genuine leather bags as well as apparel. This is a full-time on-sit role in our workshop in Abu Rawash, Giza.
Role Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production teams both in-studio and external factories, coordinating all production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and managing production teams. This role also involves monitoring production standards, implementing quality control programs, and communicating with different departments to ensure production goals are achieved in a timely manner to meet the fashion calendar.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management and process improvement
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the fashion or related manufacturing field
