Job Requirements

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Applications Automations Manager: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in workflow or BPM systems.

• Applications Automations Team Leader: Minimum 5 years of experience in workflow automation, BPM systems, or IT operations.

• Applications Automations Senior officer: Minimum of 2 years in workflow or automation systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in BPM and workflow platforms (e.g., IBM BPM, Oracle BPM, or similar).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, process modeling, and scripting tools (e.g., Python, RPA platforms).
• Understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
