📌 Position: Production Manager – Wood Factory

📍 Location: Badr City – Egypt

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in wood production (solid wood & wood panels).
• Proven leadership and managerial skills are essential.
• Strong background in production planning, process optimization, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
• Oversee machine operation (CNC – Edge Banding – Veneer Pressing – Cutting).
• Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and resolve any technical issues.
• Manage and develop large teams of supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Technical departments to ensure smooth workflow.
