Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (Remote – Egypt Residents Only)
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position with our client under a managed services contract.
The candidate must be willing to work in parallel with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Summary
We are seeking a well-rounded Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) qualification process, helping bring new server products from design to full-scale production for our client’s Cloud Hardware Server Systems team. This role involves tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring cross-team alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow the Senior Project Manager to learn the NPI qualification process.
- Track ADO work items, Hardware Program Plans, and procurement requests.
- Coordinate testing schedules and ensure project alignment.
- Monitor blockers, facilitate resolution, and communicate updates to managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Wiki, and familiarity with ADO and Power BI.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work through and resolve minor issues independently.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Technical knowledge is a plus.
