This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, organizing recruiting pipelines, and helping build an early-stage talent function from scratch.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help drive our recruiting and candidate experience end-to-end:
- Source and engage potential talent across platforms (LinkedIn and others)
- Manage candidate communication
- and interview coordination
- Support full-cycle recruiting across roles (engineering & business)
- Maintain our applicant tracking process and candidate records
- Help promote openings and culture through social media and community channels
- Provide a positive, thoughtful candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
- Assist with basic onboarding tasks and internal communication
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn startup recruiting fundamentals and work closely with founders and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, people operations, HR, marketing, or a client-facing role
- Strong written and
- spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Social-media savvy and interested in modern talent sourcing
- Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
Bonus: familiarity with recruiting tools or technical hiring (not required).
