Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of software projects, from initiation to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and business functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in software or technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects in remote or distributed team settings.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
