Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all facets of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising construction staff, managing project budgets, enforcing construction safety practices, and ensuring project control standards are maintained. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing project progress, and addressing any construction-related issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively oversee construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, cost control, and site coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to address challenges and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience in healthcare-related construction projects is a plus.
