What You’ll Do (Duties):
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Use job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates.
- Support mass hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Review CVs, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews with managers.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to meet hiring needs.
- Assist with onboarding and collecting new hire documents.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exposure to hiring both office and field roles is a plus.
- Experience in mass recruitment is an advantage.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

📍 Location: Street 9, Mokattam, Cairo
