r a very well known multinational company based in New Cairo, a Recruiter is urgently needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job openings on various platforms.
Source and screen candidates.
Conduct screening phone calls.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate records and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
Excellent Level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of hiring best practices and e
