Position: Purchasing Officer - Bihasa sa Filipino
We are looking for a Procurement Officer responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from creating and processing purchase orders to coordinating with suppliers, finance, and internal departments. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate documentation, and adherence to company policies. It also involves monitoring inventory, running MRP reports, analyzing material requirements, and maintaining data integrity to support smooth production operations and efficient supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders in accordance with organizational policies.
- Ensure all POs are accurate and include necessary details such as quantities, specifications, and pricing.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm purchase details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies and with Finance to arrange the payments.
- Following up and arranging documentations, freight and clearance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to anticipate procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Run MRP reports regularly to identify material requirements based on sales forecast and production plan.
- Align with the production team to ensure material readiness for manufacturing.
- Track consumption vs. BOM (Bill of Materials) to identify variances and improve accuracy.
- Maintain system data integrity for materials, suppliers, and purchase history.
Requirements:
Must be based in Kuwait
Fluent in Filipino
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
2 -5 years of experience in the same field.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
Data analysis Reporting, & Planning.
